Secondary Arts Educators - Research Project

A survey research study is being conducted to describe the experience that Ontario Secondary Arts Educators whom have been teaching for a minimum of five years have had with the revised curriculum.  The survey will ask them to describe their experience with the 2010 revised arts curriculum implementation, if and how their teaching practice has changed as a result, and its impact on preparing students for arts careers and education at the post secondary level.  The study is being led by Dr. Terry Sefton at the University of Windsor.  It is anticipated that It will provide a base line of data on teaching practices and new curriculum.   It is hoped that this study will prove beneficial to arts educators, arts consultants, and school administrators alike.  Those that are interested in participating in this online study should review the following link.   It should require approximately 20 minutes to complete.
