The final lesson and performance days fell over three days during the execution of the Reconciling the Future project.  This will look different depending on the scope and breadth of your project. Two full days of performances on site at A Path Forward, followed by the Consolidation Activity on day three.

Learning Goals
  • Perform publicly four times learning from each performance to influence the next
  • Understanding the importance of the creative process and the need to rehearse and refine the final product
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • The ability to articulate answers based on questions about their work during the Question and Answer sessions
  • Reflect on their own work
  • Walk through the self and peer assessment process
Readiness

Students have had time to create, rehearse and refine scenes and stories, as well as work through the entire Collective Creation performance as a rough copy and dress rehearsal. Also, mock Question and Answer periods have given them an opportunity to practice how to formulate answers to questions about their work.
