The objective is to work together after reading a description of an item you must keep in space (actively/accurately demonstrate) and allow the audience to guess what this might be. See this video for an example: https://spolingamesonline.org/involvement-in-twos/

Instructions

  • Working in pairs, students select an object (e.g., a raft) without sharing with an audience.
  • The students then mime actions related to that object with the intention of making the object clear for an audience (e.g., the students both pretend to pick up the raft together, carrying it and placing it in the water. They then stepped in and said “Oh no! We forgot the ores!”).
  • Students could practice this as an exercise without an audience before sharing.
